Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

The contest is open to all legal residents of Malaysia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Global Synergy Concepts Sdn Bhd and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to participate.

 

  1. How to Enter

To enter, make a purchase from any of our online platforms listed below, with a minimum total of RM188 on a single order. Receive a Golden Ticket with a unique draw number for the Lucky Draw chance to win a prize.

The winners will each receive a prize according to the draw:

  1. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random via Lucky Draw from all eligible entries with the Golden Ticket, simultaneously live on Global Synergy Concepts Facebook Page and Uniq Official Store on Shopee on 22nd September 2023 at 8pm. The winners will be notified via email within 14 days after the Draw.

 

  1. Prize Delivery

The prizes will be shipped to the respective winners’ addresses within 30 days of the winner's confirmation of acceptance.

 

  1. General Conditions

The sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time. The sponsor is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may prevent a participant from entering the contest. The sponsor is also not responsible for any errors or omissions in the contest materials.

 

  1. Waiver of Rights

By entering the contest, each participant waives all rights to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, incidental, or special damages, arising out of or in connection with the contest.

  1. Consent to Use of Name and Likeness

By entering the contest, each participant grants the sponsor the right to use his or her name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
